The quote tells us that only every link proceeded according to production engineering and instructions can ensure the quality of products. Inspection cannot improve quality of products without process control. Because inspection can only pick up inferior or wastes. That requires us to hold the quality well, focusing on every link and making quality become a kind of habits.

 

To guarantee quality safety, on one hand, valve manufacturers should manage the quality of product in every process, including the quality of semi-finished products and finished products. On the other hand, working quality of every employee needs to be improved. Former requires management technically. The latter insists on precise working attitude. Safety quality requires every employee to strengthen sense of responsibility. 

 

Just like humans need oxygen, existence of enterprise also needs quality.
